Textile customization
A sports
team jersey that has to resist onslaught on a weakly basis requires a different
kind of printing method than a representative crew outfit that will have to
match the style of a luxury yacht.
We’ll guide you through the different options and make sure that you’ll find
THE solution that guarantees best results based on the different materials and
requirements.
Digital Direct Print
Digital direct print allows for sophisticated, multi-colour and highly detailed designs in top quality, perfectly suited for the production of small editions and even individual samples. The huge advantage is that the wash resistance properties of the printed garments are not impaired by the printing process so that they can normally be washed up to 40 degrees without a problem.
Screen printing
The textile screen printing procedure is particularly suited for products such as t-shirts, polo shirts, sweat shirts and cotton carrier bags. These products mostly have a high share of cotton – an important condition for the screen printing inks to adhere.
Embroidery
Embroidery is undoubtedly the most sophisticated way to customize textiles. It is particularly suited for high-quality articles like polo shirts, shirts, jackets, caps, towels sports bags etc. Embroidery will particularly highlight your logo and provide it with a three-dimensional touch.
Digital transfer printing
It is used for implementing multi-coloured and in particular photorealistic motives on t-shirts, sweat shirts, polo shirts, jackets, caps, bags, umbrellas etc. This customization procedure, as compared to screen printing, is particularly economical when printing small editions as no print form is required.
And there’s a special benefit – the possibilities of personalized prints are particularly interesting when placing follow-up orders as no costs need to be incurred for the production of another print form.
Flex print and flock
Flex print and flock are mainly distinguished by the very thin mat PU film (flex print) on the one hand and the somewhat thicker film with a velvety surface made up of viscose fibres for flock on the other hand. Flex and flock transfers are the method of choice for economical small editions and are mainly used for single-colour motives on t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, jackets, caps, bags, umbrellas etc. These procedures are particularly suited for personalizations (e.g. individual numbers and individual names) with reflecting, fluorescing or neon colour (glitter) effects, which is the case in garments for the police or fire brigades.
