From the order placement to the finished product – in just five simple steps!

1. Your wishes – our suggestions.
   Based on your ideas, we provide you with some articles as original samples. You can choose to receive personal advice on site or opt for having the sample shipped to you via UPS. At the same time you’ll receive a well-structured and detailed offer clearly showing the costs for the product, the customization, shipping fees and the delivery time.
2. You decide.
   Once you have chosen an article and a particular kind of customization, you’ll receive an order confirmation with all the relevant details as well as a binding delivery date and the payment conditions.
3. It’s all about your logo.
   Your logo should preferably be made available as an EPS file (vector file) or as a jpg with a 300 dpi resolution. It serves as the basis for the production of an approval sample that you will then receive from us.
4. You validate the approval sample.
   As soon as you validate the sample, we will start production – and you can be assured that everything is produced exactly the way you see it on the approval sample that was sent to you.
5. Reliable on-time delivery.
   You can have your goods delivered to one or several addresses of your choice – normally they will arrive a few days before the agreed delivery date.
